Wedges for platemaking and chemical proof
We are able to produce ancient contact control wedges.
They are produced by contact exposure of ultra fine-grain matrix onto UV daylight film. Individual elements (dots, lines) are prepared in 10times enlargement and then reduced by special microfilm technique.
Elements are therefore geometrically identical, with high sharpness of edges.
MHG

MRG2

Available also as MR2 without grey step wedge.
MRG1
The simplest offset test wedge for rough control of platemaking. Dot areas 1 to 99% (150 lpi screen), microlines 8 to 12 µm, grey step wedge.
MRG3
Universal test wedge for copying.
It is designed for film contacts, but applicable for plate making as well. Microlines 8 to 20 µm, 6 dot areas 1 to 99%, grey step wedge.
Transparent grey scales for platemaking
Densities of our grey step wedges are strictly controlled.
Precise wedges reach the target density with accuracy ±0,02D on all steps.
Precision of other scales is ±0,05D.
